Low-Income Housing Rebate
The Clare Municipal Council will grant a $300.00 exemption on property taxes to persons whose total household income(s) for 2023 was less than twenty-two thousand dollars ($28,000.00).

printable form which can be submitted in person at the Municipal Office no later than June 28, 2024.
We require a copy of your income tax notice of assessment from the previous year. Applications will not be considered without copies of all household income tax notices of assessment).
If you qualify for the seniors rebate, you cannot apply for the low-income housing rebate.
Making a false declaration is a criminal offence.
