Councillor Carl Deveau lives in Saulnierville Station and represents District 4. Carl was first elected to Council in 2016 and currently sits on six committees; Doctor Recruitment; Police Advisory Board; Western County Regional Library; Wastecheck; Southwest Nova Biosphere Reserve Association; and Carleton River Watershed Area Water Quality Monitoring Steering Committee. Outside his duties as Councillor, Carl enjoys sports such as kayaking, outback/wilderness camping and canoeing, he also dedicates his free time as a trainer for Les Jeux de l’Acadie and plays the flute, the drums and the Harmonica.
