Always wanted to learn to play hockey, but never had the chance? Here's that chance!

These sessions are designed for beginners and lower-intermediate players and are open to those who identify as women and are aged 16 and over. Registration is free!

If you don’t have equipment, don’t worry — we’ll do our best to outfit you. We’ll start with the basics — how to put on your gear, how to get up after a fall, and simple passing and shooting techniques — and build from there at a comfortable pace. 

These sessions will be led by experienced and passionate female hockey players from our community. They can’t wait to share their experience and help you develop your skills! 

If you’re a hockey mom who will need childcare during the sessions, please indicate this in the form below. If there’s enough interest, we’ll offer free childcare during ice time.
